PREFABRICATED PIPING
AND PIPING SPOOLS

Prefabricated piping is manufactured in a controlled environment and supplied to the power plants, refineries and other industrial facilities as assembly units allowing to greatly save time on on-site installation.

Energy Partners has established relationships with a leading European manufacturers of prefabricated piping holding all necessary certifications for quality and HSE management systems, welding processes, destructive and nondestructive testing.

Whenever necessary, Energy Partners will organize on-site audits of the manufacturing facilities as a part of a vendor approval process.

PIPELINE FITTINGS AND FLANGES

Pipelines are necessary elements of any processing facility that transfers fluids and gases. From low to high temperatures, low to high pressures, neutral to highly corrosive media, Energy Partners will supply fittings and flanges that will suit any demand with optimal quality, lead time and price solutions.

BOILERS, HEAT RECOVERY STEAM GENERATORS

Energy Partners has engineering and technological partners that will tailor solutions related to boilers, heat recovery steam generators, their spare parts and auxiliary equipment – from design to manufacturing and commissioning – according to the strictest requirements of international standards and individual requirements of the customers.

HOT INDUCTION BENDS

Hot induction bends are a special type of pipeline fittings used in applications where standard elbows and return bends are prohibitively expensive in terms of assembly and maintenance of complex pipeline systems. Hot induction bends may be produced as three-dimensional products leading to additional advantages for the users.

Energy Partners has established relationships with a leading European manufacturers of hot induction bends with diameters of up to 48’’ holding all necessary certifications for quality and HSE management systems, destructive and nondestructive testing.

Hot induction bends are made of carbon, low alloy, stainless and heat resistant steel grades as well of nickel alloys.

TUBES AND PIPES

Tubes and pipes are necessary elements of any processing facility that transfers fluids and gases.
